How to make payments to RTOS:
Unless otherwise agreed, all rent payments are due on the 28th of each month. There is a 5 day grace period in which rent will not be considered late. (For example, rent due 1/28, would not be late if received by 2/2. Rent due 2/28, would not be late if received by 3/5.)
If your payment is not received on time, late charges will apply. Late charges are calculated by taking 5% of your monthly rent, plus an additional $25.00.
